Cancellation Policy

Booking & Enrollment Policy Thank you for choosing JNME ProMed Billing & Coding Academy. Our goal is to provide every student with a professional, organized, and supportive learning experience. Please review the following policies before completing your enrollment: 1. Registration & Payment Enrollment is confirmed once your registration form is submitted and payment (or approved payment plan) is processed. We accept Klarna, Afterpay, and all major credit/debit cards. 2. Class Scheduling Courses are delivered online and can be accessed from your student portal. You will receive a welcome email with login instructions 24–72 hours prior to the start of the course. 3. Refund & Cancellation Policy Refunds: Enrollment fees are non-refundable once course access has been granted. Deferrals: If you cannot begin on your scheduled start date, you may defer enrollment to the next available start date (limit one deferral per student). 4. Attendance & Participation Regular participation is required. If the student misses 5 sessions they can be withdrawn from program. Students inactive for more than 30 days without notice may also be withdrawn from the program. 5. Communication All official communication will be sent via email. Disruptive behavior may result in removal from the program without refund. 7. Technology Requirements Students must have a computer, reliable internet, and basic software (web browser, PDF reader). Technical issues on a student’s end do not qualify for refunds, but we will provide support where possible. Agreement By submitting your payment and registration form , you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to this Booking & Enrollment Policy.
